There is a lot of work involved with pre-construction services.  We can help you make the early decisions necessary to build your home to meet your expectations.  We start by helping you make preliminary finish selections so a budget can be calculated.  If you don’t have any design completed we can help you determine the size of your house based on costs per square foot of similar projects. 

We also like to develop a “Client Conditions of Satisfaction” list that we keep in front of the team as the design and construction progress.  This list is comprised of such items as schedule, budget, design ideas, etc.  This is just a way to help us keep on track so the client is completely satisfied with the final product.

Spykstra Custom Builders, Inc. can assist with the design of the home or help with the selection of the Architect.  Whether Spykstra Custom Builders, Inc. designs the home or not we like to participate in the early meetings and design sessions so we can help make sure the project stays within budget.
